A gorgeous staircase greets you at the entrance of this center entrance colonial. Unfortunately, the staircase had not been properly maintained so our carpenter had to reinforce and improve the design. We painted the final product to give it continuity and to reflect the houses new ‘cottage’ feel.
The middle bedroom had a gorgeous painting of Spiderman created by a famous artist in Niles. As with the rest of the house, little was done to maintain this piece of art so we decided to scrape, prime and paint to update this room for everyone, not just the Marvel Universe!
The kitchen was a true mess. Every cabinet was rotted and the layout made very little sense. Cabinets are currently being manufactured will be delivered though our subsidiary Refined Kitchens by Otis Development . Check back in 4 weeks for new pictures.
