Michelle Pol Wetlaufer is the founder and owner of Otis Development Group. ODG has almost 10 years of construction experience. She strives to make every home luxurious, no matter the price point. “Style doesn’t have to be sacrificed for budget!”

Michelle grew up in Niles, Michigan and graduated NHS Class of ’92. She attended Boston University and graduated with a degree in secondary math education. After graduation she worked at Cadence Capital Management, a small money management firm, in Boston as an Operations Manager and was promoted several times culminating as a Senior Investment Analyst.

Michelle went on to complete her Master’s in Finance from Boston College. In addition, she attained her CFA, charter financial analyst designation in 2000. Michelle left finance to raise her 2 children.

Using her vast knowledge in finance, Michelle has started and runs two successful businesses Otis Development Group and Glo Medical Aesthetics.

In 2024 Michelle was called back to Niles to help with the care of her elderly mother. During the months she spent in Niles, she realized a need for stylish and affordable housing that would elevate the neighborhoods in Niles and allow families to move from renters to owners. Although her mother passed in February 2025, Michelle maintains a commitment to her hometown!

Brad Stafford is the President of Project Management at Otis Development Group. Brad’s philosophy has always been quality construction at all price points.

Brad grew up in Massachusetts and has been in construction for over 25 years. Brad’s commitment to excellence is apparent in every job he undertakes.

In Brad’s early years he focus on single family construction. He has worked on every project from modular home to 5 million dollar estates. He understands every part of construction and what it takes to guide a project through completion on time and under budget.
